Let’s shake 2020 off of us and enter 2021 with a fun filled Barre Class with BLA’s very own, Sadie Black. For the first time ever, BLA is offering an event that anyone can join! Her class will be about an hour long filled with fun music, a great workout, and some sore muscles. As ballet dancers we all know how crucial cross-training is (especially during quarantine). Just grab something that resembles a barre, some weights, a matt, and good vibes. Get pumped for this new year and join us on January 9th at 10am to shake 2020 off!
