Neither the Company "Ballerinas of Los Angeles" herein after referred to as BLA nor its principals and or anyone with authority to act on it’s behalf shall be liable to damages for any breach, nonobservance, or nonperformance of any of the covenants and agreements on their respective parts hereinbefore contained resulting from or caused by reason or on account of any circumstances out of their respective controls, including expressly (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing)  including but not limited to ; 1. Breach of any agreements written or oral by any corporations and or companies and or individuals and or any other kind of entities that retained our services for purpose of seeking and retaining employees and or subcontractors . 2. Breach of any agreements written or oral by any corporations and or companies and or individuals and or any other kind of entities that retain our services for purpose of retaining employment . 3. BLA ‘s duty and liability to it’s customers ceases immediately upon initial direct contact and or communication between the parties using BLA’s services for purposes described within their respective agreements and or contracts executed at time of retaining BLA’s services .
